At the End of the Day

Our summer cannot be half way over already, it's going by WAY too fast. We are enjoying our lazy summer days...swimming, playing with friends, watching movies and staying up way past our bedtime.

A friend invited us over this week to play on their most awesomest water slide...

The boys had a ball...

After days spent like this...

this...

this...

and this...

Here is what happens to us in the evenings, pajamas and zoning out in front of the tv...

and here is how I found these two...

Summer is kickin' our tails, but it is the "good" kind of exhaustion. You know, that contented kind of tired you feel when you've had the absolutely most fun that you can get out of one day. It's gotten to the point where my middle son has asked us on more than one occasion if he can go to bed. My response..."Baby, you never have to ask us if you can go to bed, the answer is always yes."

Looking forward to more of the same this long 4th of July weekend. Enjoy!

Galatians 5:13 "You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love."
